1 We have proof of reserve:- When we say Proof of Reserves, we are specifically referring to those assets that we hold in custody for users. This means that we are showing evidence and proof that Quinancia has funds that cover all of our users assets 1:1, as well as some reserves. When a user deposits one $1,000, Quinancia's reserves increase by at least $1,000 to ensure client funds are fully backed. It is important to note that this does not include Quinancia’s corporate holdings, which are kept on a completely separate ledger. What this means in actual terms is that Quinancia holds all user assets 1:1 (as well as some reserves), we have zero debt in our capital structure and we have made sure that we have an emergency fund (SAFU fund) for extreme cases. 5 Reflects the annualized distribution rate that is calculated by taking the most recent quarterly distribution approved by the Fund's Board of Directors and dividing it by prior quarter-end NAV and annualizing it. The Fund’s distribution may exceed its earnings. Therefore, a portion of the Fund’s distribution may be a return of the money you originally invested and represent a return of capital to you for tax purposes.

6 Represents the sum of the interest accrued in the statement period plus the interest paid in the statement period.

7 The internal rate of return ("IRR") represents an average net realized IRR with respect to all matured investments, excluding our Short Term Notes program, weighted by the investment size of each individual investment, made by private investment vehicles managed by Quinancia Management, LLC from July 1, 2015 through and including July 18th, 2022, after deduction of management fees and all other expenses charged to investments.
